about Author
Mr. IYR Krishna Rao is an IAS Officer of the 1979 Batch and a man endowed with humanism and concern for the less privileged. During his career worked for transparency in administration, simplification of procedures and a concern for the less endowed. He worked as Collector, Khammam, Nalgonda Districts and wasin the Finance Department for a period of 5 years in different capacities and 2 years as Executive Officer, TTD, as CCLA for a period of 1 year and finally retired as the Chief Secretary of the State of Andhra Pradesh.

I started collecting information for writing this book six months ago. I sincerely thank Prof. V. Srinivasa Chary, Director, Centre for Urban Governance and Infrastructure Development, at ASCI for his guidance. I also thank Sri B.P. i dont know the true meaning of truth as well as false, i am practical, i belive what ever i do that is true, because till now there is no problem with my belife. I am the guy who thinks exactly like you. I become sad when India loses in cricket and happy when a girl gives a smile to me. I am just like you, who respects girls and does not get offended if they don’t agree with my opinion.

My opinion

loves to play with human brains rather than playing mobile games , and loves to talk with strangers. I am super lazy. i love to read in quora. Always Have hope,be practical . I hate sleeping in afternoon. Whenever I lie, people always catch me that’s why I don’t give compliments to girls. Latest obsessions include fitness and read super magical words to get inspired my self. when ever i watch the Avengers endgame, I Really feel like i lost the Iron Man.
